Day 17 of the Olympics

I have been MIA because I was soo caught up with the Olympics! *Canada! Woot*
These 17 days have been the most enjoyable; from the opening ceremony, to the first gold medal on home soil, to the record number of gold medals, to memorable moments. This year has been Canada!!!

Though we didn't ge the "most medals", we did break the record of having the most gold medals as the host nation!! Was it me or did these 3 weeks pasted by so fast? lol

I'm pretty much left speechless right now because I'm so proud of Canada and...also because I'm watching the gold medal Hockey game! GOLD CANADA GOLD!! xD

Canadian Pride never fades!
Vancouver 2010 was when Canada made History and showed the world who we really are!

Canada, We Believed.

We ended this Winter Olympics with:

7 Silver
5 Bronze
We have the most golds!!!

Highlights (On the top of my head):
- Alexandre Bilodeau!! You helped Canada land it's first gold medal on home soil! I still remember watching it at night =)
- Ricker! You won that second gold medal! It was an easy win! We're proud!
- Patrick Chan! I was waiting to watch you skate ever since the Olympics started! 5th on your Olympic debut is really good! Canada is proud of you!
- Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir, the 3 performaces you did were unforgettable! You guys look so good together, I can't believe you guys aren't dating lol
- Women's Hockey! 3 Gold Medals in a row! We can always count on you guys for an awesome play!
- Joannie, you are a true Olympian! You're so brave, I wish I can be like that!
- Speed skating in general made me have thousands of mini heart attacks every time Canada was skating!
- Team Martin you guys are so awesome in curling! Still remember watching the winning game yesterday!
- The gold medal hockey game, was the most intense hockey game I have ever seen!

WE OWN IN WOMEN AND MEN HOCKEY TEAM!!!! THAT'S RIGHT USA!!!

Can't wait for the closing ceremony!
I know it will be awesome no matter what.
That will end the 3 weeks of Canadian history and will put the Winter Games in the freezer until 4 years, where we will meet again in Russia!
